Entry to Pearl White Sands — including the property, parking areas, and all facilities — is subject to these terms and is undertaken entirely at the guest’s own risk.
While every effort is made to ensure a safe and comfortable environment, the owners and management accept no liability for any loss, damage, injury, or death, whether arising from negligence or otherwise, to persons or property on the premises, to the extent permitted by law.
Booking & Cancellation Policy
To secure a reservation, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is payable prior to arrival. For same-day bookings, full payment is required upfront.
Cancellations are subject to the following terms:
- Cancel 30 days or more before arrival: 25% of deposit forfeited
- Cancel 21–29 days before arrival: 50% of deposit forfeited
- Cancel 14–20 days before arrival: 100% of deposit forfeited
- Cancel 7–13 days before arrival: 100% of total booking forfeited
All refunds are subject to applicable bank charges.
High season bookings may carry separate cancellation terms as stated in the booking confirmation.
House Guidelines
To ensure a peaceful and enjoyable stay for all guests, we kindly ask that the following guidelines are observed:
- No children under 12 years of age
- No parties or events permitted on the property
- No smoking inside suites or on private balconies (designated smoking areas are provided)
- No drugs, firearms, or unlawful behaviour permitted
- Quiet hours: 22h00 – 07h00
- Only registered guests are permitted on the property
- Guests are requested to bring their own swimming towels (hiring available if needed)
- Bath towels are refreshed every 2–3 days for longer stays
- Any damages will be charged to the guest account
Parking is allocated on arrival. Limited undercover parking is available, with additional street parking nearby for short visits or overflow where applicable.
Check-In
- Standard check-in: 14h00 – 20h00
- Early luggage drop-off can be arranged in advance
- Electronic check-in will be sent prior to arrival to ensure a smooth process
On arrival, guests will receive an information booklet containing useful details about the property and stay.
Keys & Access
Suite keys are released after check-in administration and payment confirmation. For stays longer than 3 nights, a refundable deposit may apply.
Keys remain the responsibility of the guest for the duration of the stay. Late arrival arrangements must be communicated in advance.
Check-Out
- Standard check-out: 06h00 – 10h00
- Late check-out (subject to availability): until 12h00
- R150 per hour or part thereof applies for late departures
- Not available during high season or when new arrivals are scheduled
Guests are kindly requested to return keys to reception and report any breakages prior to departure.
